Wind Adjustments
Problem
You are playing in strong wind and want to adjust your swing to limit any unwanted spin.
Cure
Swing a little slower to help reduce the effects of the wind and spin on the ball by hitting an extra club. For instance, if you plan on hitting a four iron, hit a three instead. This will help keep the ball flying low but still give you the distance you desire.
Therapy
Take several practice swings before playing. As you do this, focus on trying to maintain balance. The better balance you have, the less side spin you will see on the ball. If you have poor balance, try widening your stance to make your swing a little more stable.
concentrate on you , the ground and the ball and ignore the psych of the surrounding wind
