Wall Walk
Problem
You need a greater range of motion to help improve your turning ability while playing golf.
Cure
Stretch your arms, back, sides, and chest by walking your hands up the side of the wall.
Therapy
Face the wall and stretch your arms up against it so your fingertips touch the wall. Work one arm higher and then the other one by walking your hands up the wall. Once your arms and fingers are stretched as far as possible, hold this position for ten seconds and repeat. Now turn to your left side and do this stretch with just your left arm. Relax and let your arms hang freely. Stretch your right arm above and across your head then walk that hand up the wall. Turn and do the other side.
