Problem
You need to create a more a powerful swing.
Cure
One of the more common power problems that occur in the golf swing is from excessive leg action. Most players with this problem do not know that they do it. Focus on limiting your lower body movement to help provide a stronger coil for more torque.
Therapy
Think of your legs as a stable post which your upper body may pivot on. Do this by limiting your knee turn as you take the club back. Feel how your legs, hips, and back feel tension as you have completed your back turn. Use this leverage to unwind your body and move the clubhead through the ball.
