Turn the Knee

Problem

You are sliding too much of your bodyweight towards the target or are leaning towards it as you approach the ball.

Cure

If you are swaying your hips as you take the club back then it is an indicator that you are not making a big enough turn and are swaying to compensate for this. You want your bodyweight to shift forward during the downswing but make sure you do not shift it all over before impact. Part of the momentum for maximum amount of power to be applied into the golf ball, you should still be transitioning your body weight forward.

Therapy

It is normal for a player to initiate their downswing by moving the forward knee a little towards the target. However, you do not want to keep your legs moving so that your legs and hips begin to slide towards the target because this will hinder a proper turn and contact with the ball. Move your forward knee out so that it turns out of the way enough to support a full turn of the upper body and arms.
