Too Inside Out
Problem
Your swing path is too much from inside, resulting in a draw or a hook.
Cure
You are pulling the club inside too quickly causing it to return too much on the inside of the target line. During your takeaway, you need to push the clubhead straight back from the ball.
Therapy
An easy way to help encourage pushing the clubhead straight back is to stand one inch closer to the ball. A good way to train you to correct this problem is to put a tee about an inch behind the ball, directly along the target line. Place another tee an inch behind the first one but up a little higher. For the first few inches when you are taking practice swings, try to move the clubhead straight back along the target line. As you bring the club back, try to brush the tees over.
