Take the Stairs
Problem
You get exhausted before you finish your round and want a more powerful swing.
Cure
Before you plan to go anywhere that has stairs, allow for some extra time so you can take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you have stairs at home and find a few extra minutes to spare, climb the stairs as fast as you can until you become exhausted. This will build up your leg strength for a more powerful swing and it is a convenient cardiovascular exercise to help improve your endurance.
Therapy
Whether you have five steps in your home or over a dozen flights of steps, you can still prepare your body for a better round of golf. For more advanced stair climbing, try climbing the stairs by skipping a step to incorporate a lunge with a more intense cardiovascular workout. In addition to climbing the stairs facing forwards, try walking up and down by side stepping. Lead with one side for a few minutes and then face the opposite direction to lead with the other side. This will use a couple more of the muscles in your legs to support a powerful golf swing.
Being in China has it's definite advantages. In town shopping, between 2500-5500steps to negotiate.Improvement in lower body strength a given.Stability and endurance noooo problem at all.
