Swaying Knee
Problem
Your forward knee moves a lot during your backswing during longer swings.
Cure
It is okay to initiate your downswing by moving your forward knee a little towards the target. Just try to keep this movement limited so that it does not move out any further than your toes.
Therapy
You will reduce the odds that your forward knee will move too much by flaring your forward foot out. This will also allow you to pace your hip movement better during the forward swing, allowing you time to keep your upper body in sync with your legs and hips before impact.
