Strong Legs
Problem
You need more power and have weak leg muscles.
Cure
Keep your leg muscles toned all year long by exercising them. You need strong legs in order to achieve maximum power. Running up and down a flight of stairs until your legs become tired is an excellent way to strengthen them.
Therapy
A simple exercise you can do to improve your leg strength is to find a sturdy chair to step on. Place one foot up on the chair at about the center of the seat and the other foot on the ground. Push up with the leg on the chair until it is straight. As slowly as possible, lower yourself back into the starting position. Repeat this several times and then switch legs.
