Therapy
Walk up to the ball with the feeling that you are a tall, fit athlete. Athletes play primarily with their eyes and instincts. Their swing is simply a response to the picture of the target that they painted in their mind. You will play sports better when you have peace of mind, knowing that you will play great and the ball will fly well. Athletes are target oriented and do not need to instruct themselves on how to hit the ball every time. They feel the clubhead in their hands and practice swinging the club using their instincts and feel in order to reach the target. So play your next round without any swing thoughts at all and try to channel the athlete in you.
