Tip From the Archives
Rotate the Bag
Problem
You slice the ball or want to get more of a draw.
Cure
You might have too much of an outside to inside swing path. Try creating more of an inside to outside swing path.
Therapy
Using an iron, practice hitting into a round impact bag. To help check your swing path without having to watch it on camera, try putting a stick or an old shaft into the ground. Set the impact bag against it so that the shaft is setting in the middle, on the target side of the bag. Now hit the bag. If you are right handed and the bag moves to the left, this shows that you have an outside to inside swing path. Try changing your angle of attack so that the bag rotates a little to the right, causing more of an inside to outside swing. This should help you draw the ball.
