Resist For Power
Problem
You need a more powerful swing.
Cure
Depending on your swing style, you might find that slight delay in your hip and legs as you turn towards the target will help create a strong resistance for more power.
Therapy
Create a slight delay just as you swing the forward arm past your trailing leg. Feel the resistance in your legs and see how your arms will move just a little faster than your body. Keep this feeling in your legs until your forward hand is in front of your trailing knee. This is the point to let your lower body to fully uncoil for additional power. Just be careful not to delay your hip and leg turn for too long or swing may feel as if it is trying to reverse itself or completely disrupt your swing.
