Problem
You are having difficulties seeing the undulations of the green.
Cure
If you cannot tell how the ball will roll on the green, try pouring a little water out of your water bottle onto the green and see where it goes. This can also be done near the high point of your line to see help you visualize where the ball is likely to roll.
Therapy
For a better view of the green, get down low or even lay down on the ground behind your ball and then look at your line. This will help you see where the ball will have to roll up or down in order to reach the hole and if there is more of a slope on the left or right of your line. Another technique you can use is to stand back several feet away from your line and hold out your putter so that it is parallel to the ground. Now try to match the angle of the putter shaft with the surface of the green. Repeat this at several locations along your line. Sometimes it is easier for a player to see and feel the changes of the green with this perspective.
