New Glasses
Problem
You just bought new bifocal eyeglasses and wonder if this will harm your swing.
Cure
Leave your glasses in the cart if your glasses are used to help you read the scorecard. Bifocal or trifocal lenses can alter your setup, swing, and since of balance.
Therapy
Your setup can change because you need to see below the bifocal or trifocal lenses in order to look at the ball. Your chin will lower and prevent a full shoulder turn during your swing. Avoid allowing your shoulders to slouch and remember to keep your chin off of your chest to help maintain a balanced swing.
