Lost Line

Problem

You can see your line clearly when you are standing near the cup and pacing next to your line. However, once you set up to the ball, you feel as if you have lost it.

Cure

As you are walking around your ball, find a spot of memorable grass in front of your ball to aim at as you do when driving.

Therapy

Visualize how the ball will roll to the cup. Walk along your line and try to notice a patch of grass or a long piece of grass either on or near the line. Use this point for reference to help you aim. Keep this spot within your sight as you move behind the ball to look at your line and as you set up to the ball. Now relax and know that you will sink it.
