Hitting From a Divot for Low Trajectory

Problem

Clubface opens at impact or needing a low trajectory.

Cure

You need a strong grip before you set up to the ball and keep your hands ahead of the ball into impact.

Therapy

The ball should be in the back of your stance with a square clubface. Keep your hands ahead of the ball into impact for a downward blow. Focus on the back side of the golf ball to help prevent your body from moving forward too quickly. The swing should be shortened and use a club one number lower than you normally would from this distance.
