Tip From the Archives

Forward Shoulder

Problem

You keep aiming or hitting too far right if you are right handed or left if you are left handed.

Cure

Check how much of your forward shoulder you can see as you rotate your head towards the target at set up.

Therapy

Set up to the target normally then rotate your head and eyes towards the target. You should barely notice your forward shoulder if you set up correctly. If you see too much of it then you are aligned too far right of the target if you are right handed or too far left if you are left handed.

Do you correct by moving only your shoulders? or your hips? 0r your feet?

Change your whole body alignment to help adjust your aim.
