Extra Distance

Problem

You need a longer drive than usual.

Cure

There are several adjustments that people use to gain a few extra yards on their tee shots when they are in a crunch. Only try simple adjustments that you have practiced before so you are comfortable using them.

Therapy

Many players move the ball up an inch forward in their stance so they can catch the ball a little bit on the upswing with extra acceleration. A different adjustment you can try is to move the ball back a couple of inches so it is just off of the big toe on your trailing foot and tee the ball lower. This will help you get more ball compression for more speed.
