Problem

You do daily exercises but you feel that you are missing something or the distance you desire.

Cure

Be certain that you exercise and stretch both sides of your body equally. This will help prevent golf related injuries due to asymmetrical muscle strength. All too often, players will focus on stretching their muscles in order to improve their backswing for a better turn. However, they neglect the fact that they need to be able to move through the ball with a full turn forward.

Therapy

When you use a weighted golf club to help warm up or strengthen your muscles, remember to swing left handed and right handed. It may seem awkward at first but you will be surprised how much easier you can make the follow through after warming up this way.
