Problem

Your back normally aches after playing a round of golf.

Cure

Try various back exercises to help strengthen your back muscles.

Therapy

The cobra pose is excellent in strengthening your back muscles for golfers. Lie face down on the ground with your arms and legs stretched out. Lift your arms and legs up at the same time. If it is easier for you, place your hands under your forehead and then lift your head and arms off of the ground at the same time you lift your legs.

this is great. any back and/or core exercises are so important to your golf game. strength and longevity.
