Back and Legs
Problem
You need an exercise that will strengthen your legs, stomach, and back at the same time so you can keep your power muscles toned.
Cure
Do leg lifts and other leg exercises with your back raised a little off of the ground. Repeat the exercises with your torso at a higher position and arms extended behind you. This will add additional strain on your back and stomach muscles and thus improve these muscles even more.
Therapy
Lean back so that you are almost lying on your back, propping your upper body up with the back of your forearms. Lift your legs up off of the ground. Lower your legs about an inch above the ground and then lift them again. Do not allow your legs to touch the ground as you do the lifts. Then rotate your legs as if you were riding a bicycle. Reverse the direction. Extend your legs out a little to rotate them in the bicycle motion to work out a different section of your stomach and back muscles. Next, bend your legs up in the air and kick them out so your legs form a 45 degree angle with the ground. Raise your legs straight up, pointing at the sky then return them to bent position. If you want a little more back and stomach toning, do the previous exercises but raise your upper body further away from the ground with your arms straightened behind you for support. Your torso should be somewhere around 45 degrees off of the ground.
