Aggressive Strategy
Problem
You play with aggressive players that play well and you wish to do the same.
Cure
Taking chances during the game of golf can leave you wishing you had played it safe or thrilled that you risked it. The key to pulling this off is knowing your playing abilities and how to use it to your advantage.
Therapy
What may seem as an aggressive or risky shot to you could be a calculated shot to them that matches their skill level and abilities. Expecting to hit a shot that is longer than your longest drive might be stretching it beyond a reasonable strategy. Planning to hit the best shot you have ever made is more likely but is still a reachable goal. The key to achieving this goal is to relax your muscles as much as possible or you will allow the stress associated with this shot to mess it up. You should also pay attention to how much green you have to work with and pin placement.
Playing within your means is most important. If the shot has never been performed, then doubt starts to creep in and tension prevails. Practicing difficult never performed shots on the range will build confidence and relaxation will prevail for an aggressive strategy on the course. And remember, "treat others as you would want to be treated" - Jesus
